We’re back.
🎙️A brand-new season of Deconstructing Mamas begins tomorrow. But this one is different—it’s not just another beginning. It’s also our last season together.
We’re kicking it off with just the two of us—Lizz and Esther—sharing what we call our three-legged race. That awkward, beautiful, sometimes stumbling way we’ve learned to move through parenting, deconstructing, healing, and growing. Side by side. Bound together. Leaning hard on each other.
Over the years, we’ve sat across from some of the bravest voices and tenderest hearts—mamas and allies and guides who dared to speak their truths. Alongside them, we’ve laughed, cried, raged, and hoped. And most of all, we’ve been in it together with you.
This last season is our love letter. To the mamas who are deconstructing. To the kids we’re raising and the selves we’re re-raising. To the questions that have led us here and the freedom we’ve found along the way.
We hope you’ll join us tomorrow as we take the first steps of this final lap—honest, unpolished, full of heart. Because endings deserve to be honored just as much as beginnings.
